Supply Executive
You will be playing a crucial role right at the centre of the business as the nuts & bolts looking after production planning and product quality.

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports to: Head of Operations
Key internal relationships: Head of Operations, Supply Operations Executive (Logistics), Head of Commercial
Key external relationships: key contacts at our brewing partner, raw material suppliers, logistics partners
Key responsibilities
1. Production planning: using sales forecasts to plan upcoming demand, and liaising with our brewery to ensure that we’re producing the right amount of stock at the right times, requiring a high level of attention to detail and organisation skills.
2. Raw material ordering: forecasting raw material usage in-line with production plans, ordering sufficient raw material stocks, and managing inbound logistics at the brewery in order to maintain healthy raw material stock levels and to prevent any potential production downtime as a result of raw material shortages.
3. Product quality: being the champion of product quality at JUBEL - ensuring that all products released are within specification and in-line with our internal criteria for product quality.
4. Brewery logistics: managing our day-to-day traffic in and out of the brewery to ensure that all deliveries and collections run smoothly and efficiently in order to maintain a strong working relationship with our brewery partners.
5. Building strong relationships with all key stakeholders at our brewing partner, and supporting to implement a robust quarterly review process with key objectives and KPIs to drive mutually beneficial results.
6. Capacity planning: managing projects around future brewing and production capacity.
Brewing projects: working with the brewery to identify and execute brewing efficiency projects to reduce waste and/or cost wherever possible.
7. Sustainability projects: owning any sustainability projects relating to brewing and working with the relevant stakeholders to deliver sustainability-focused projects - i.e. managing our ongoing “Plant to Pint” sourcing project to increase transparency and traceability of raw materials throughout our supply chain.
8. Invoice approval: reviewing production invoices received from our third party brewery to ensure that all invoices are correct and charged at the right prices as per our contract brewing agreement.
9. Supporting the brewery heavily to help solve unforeseen problems that might disrupt our production schedule and planned stock availability - developing a strong technical understanding of the brewing process and brewery operations.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Qualification: Degree, preferably with analytical experience

OTHER DETAILS
Start date: as soon as possible
Location: Office Based in Kennington, London
Salary banding: £30,000-£33,000 (based on experience)
Share options: every member of the team is issued share options each year they are with the business
Annual gift: £100 gift budget for each year you are with the business (e.g. year 3 = £300 to spend however you wish)
Hours: full-time, flexibility will be essential as occasionally you will be required to work some evenings and weekends
