Bristol Trade Activation Manager
You will be playing the crucial role of leading our activations, ensuring we’re building excellent relationships in the on-trade and creating memorable brand experiences in our flagship accounts.

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports to: Head of Trade Activation
Key internal relationships: head of on-trade, brand manager, head of trade activation, key account manager
Key external relationships: key stakeholders in flagship customers including GM’s, AM’s, event managers, ops managers and CEOs. Partner events and design companies.
Key responsibilities:
1. Flagship Accounts - ideating and executing highly experiential and impactful activations in our flagship accounts to deliver memorable brand experiences to add value to our customers and engage our consumers
2. Brand Training - engaging bar teams through building strong personal relationships to win their hearts, educating them on our beer and the story behind JUBEL to win their minds, and implementing effective incentives to win their wallets
3. Sampling - our beer is delicious but still not widely known, so sampling is our biggest growth driver. A key focus of the role will be delivering killer, memorable, always on sampling sessions in our key accounts so we’re hitting and recruiting as many new consumers as possible.
4. On-trade consistency - ensure that consumer experience of a pint of JUBEL is super consistent across the on trade, everything from the glass it’s served in, the way it’s described on menu, the consistent use of branded assets and the quality of the dispense.
5. Brand ambassadors - recruit and manage a pool of part-time brand ambassadors who perfectly represent the brand, plugging them into customer activation and sampling opportunities in our key accounts.
6. Event support - providing creative input and support when activating at events the business is exhibiting at along with high energy and positive work ethic towards the day to day running of the event.
7. Network - build and maintain an outstanding on trade network across flagship site owners, influential GM’s, activation partners and head office teams of key groups to ensure JUBEL is front of mind in all their future plans

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Qualification: No formal qualifications required but A levels or a degree in any subject is preferable.

OTHER DETAILS
Start date: as soon as possible
Location: Field Based, Bristol
Salary banding: £27,500-£30,000 (based on experience)
Travel: business-related travel covered
Share options: every member of the team is issued share options each year they are with the business
Annual gift: £100 gift budget for each year you are with the business (e.g. year 3 = £300 to spend however you wish)
Hours: full-time, flexibility will be essential as occasionally you will be required to work some evenings and weekends
