Social Media Content Executive
You will be responsible for content creation across our social media channels - using them effectively to increase brand awareness and build brand equity
THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports to: Brand Manager
Key internal relationships: Brand Manager, Events team, Field Marketing team, Trade Activation team
Key external relationships: brand partners’ marketing and digital teams, brand activation partners, freelance photographers and videographers
Key responsibilities:
1. Brand consistency: acute understanding of our brand mission and target consumer in order to create content that is completely consistent with our brand guidelines and that builds brand equity
2. Content strategy: have a clear understanding of our key social media channels (primarily Instagram, and secondarily TikTok), and an ability to create compelling and engaging content plans for each channel in line with our brand positioning and brand strategy
3. Social amplification: work closely with our Events team, Trade Activation team, and Field Marketing team to ensure we are effectively using our organic social channels to amplify our brand activity from other areas of the business.
4. Be very hands on by getting along physically to our events and activations to capture the UGC style content that you will then use our digital channels to amplify. Content capture, editing, and posting skills all required.
5. Collaboration: working in very close collaboration with our brand manager on all content that we put out, learning from her about our brand positioning and strategy, and occasionally working in collaboration with third-party photographers and videographers where required to create compelling content - ensuring they grasp our social strategy
6. Community engagement: managing and maintaining strong relationships with our consumers via building our social community. Fast and engaging replies to consumers to drive strong brand engagement.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Qualification: Degree, preferably in relevant area such as business, marketing or management

OTHER DETAILS
Start date: as soon as possible
Location: office-based in Kennington, London
Salary banding: £30,000
Share options: every member of the team is issued share options each year they are with the business
Annual gift: £100 gift budget for each year you are with the business (e.g. year 3 = £300 to spend however you wish)
Hours: full-time, flexibility will be essential as occasionally you will be required to work some evenings and weekends
