It's the perfect balance of work hard, play hard. There's a real sense of purpose and drive from every member of the team, but they also love kicking back and having some beers to celebrate. I feel really lucky to work here - it doesn't really feel like work and it's a huge bonus to be surrounded by great people who feel the same.
