Assistant Brand Manager
A unique opportunity to join the JUBEL brand team in a core role at the centre of the function, as the key bridge between the commercial team and the brand team
THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports to: Brand Manager
Key internal relationships: Field Marketing Manager (Sport & Lifestyle), Field Marketing Executive (Music & Culture), Graphic Designer, Head of Trade Activation, Head of On Trade
Key external relationships: suppliers of branded assets, brand partners, brand event venues, branded content suppliers
Key responsibilities:
Brand Partnerships: supporting our Brand Manager on Brand Partnerships. For example a Brand Partnership with a clothing brand to launch a Limited Edition item would involve sourcing of samples, liaising internally with our graphic designer on the design brief, managing the production process with the brand partner, managing and communicating timelines and budgets internally with key stakeholders, and working with our e-commerce executive on the project launch.
Brand Events: supporting our Brand Manager on Brand Events. Scope of responsibilities would include things like sourcing any bespoke assets required for the event, supporting with guest list management, forecasting stock requirements for the event and working with our operations team to manage the event logistics.
Commercial team support: our sales and activation team require a variety of bespoke design requirements and bespoke assets to support our On Trade customers. Your role will be responsible for supporting them with these requirements. Projects could include but wouldn't be limited to a merchandise item for On Trade bar staff, that would involve sourcing quotes from merchandise suppliers on the brief, liaising internally with our graphic designer on the project, getting the assets distributed to our regional team, and overall delivering the project within the required timeline and budget.
Digital Brand Assets: managing and maintaining our bank of digital brand assets according to the requirements of the broader team. This includes but isn't limited to updates to central sales deck templates, activation design templates, and lifestyle and product photography banks. This requires clear and effective internal communication and organisation.
Field Marketing: supporting our Field Marketing team by managing the stock forecasting process for Field Marketing activations, working with our operations team to manage the logistics of deliveries to our brand assets storage unit, managing and maintaining our Field Marketing activation assets, and sourcing new assets as required.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Qualification: strong academic track record with some brand ambassador or field marketing / brand activation experience

OTHER DETAILS
Start date: as soon as possible
Location: office-based (Kennington)
Salary banding: £30,000
Share options: every member of the team is issued share options each year they are with the business
Annual gift: £100 gift budget for each year you are with the business (e.g. year 3 = £300 to spend however you wish)
Hours: full-time, flexibility will be essential as you will be required to work some evenings and weekends due to the nature of when events and activations occur
